About Chef Laura, The Moonlight Chef:
I found my love for food and cooking at a very young age. While watching my Mother and Grandmother cook and entertain, I realized that the kitchen, with all its wonders, was where I belonged.
I bring my passion and love for food to your table. Believing in the idea that good food can be simple, elegant, fun, exciting, comforting, and delicious. Cooking is a lifelong love. It is an extension of my personality, family traditions, and nurturing nature.
I look forward to sharing my journey through food with you and yours.

Meet the team at The Moonlight Chef
Laura Michelé Stevens
Chief Cook & Bottle Washer. Naturally high-strung, she worries about everything and everyone, and sometimes forgets to breathe. She has no filter, and doesn't like anyone dealing her the "Bravo Sierra". NEVER touch her knives. Loves to channel her inner "Iron Chef", and sing while cooking. Worked for a Celebrity Chef, and is quite adept at dodging plates and knives being hurled in her general direction. She is also a hopeless Romantic, and was born at least 100 years too late. Likes Mis en Place, cheese boards, Julia Child, and Alex Guarnaschelli.
Loves:
Spending time walking the farm & tending to her lovelies.
Antique stores, a really great Ren Faire, and all things from the Victorian Era of history.
Entertaining at home for Family & Friends.

Please welcome our newest team member, Anthony. He is Chef Laura's new Sous Chef. Promoted from Apprentice/Commis. He works hard, anticipates needs, and is easily amused. Likes fishing, singing old school Doo-Wop, spending time with his three boys, and bowling when time allows.
Loves:
Lifting things up and putting them down.
Washing pots and pans.
Dredging stations, and frying chicken.

WICKED Smaht Civil Engineer by day. Secret Identity Superhero, "Honey Drizzle" by night, and Chef Laura's Management Team. Loved by all who know him. Plays well with others in the sandbox. Can anticipate and call any live sporting event on TV before the announcers can call the action and commentate. Likes sports, music, Luke Combs, and playing DJ on the weekends.
Loves:
Napping. Hitting the snooze button, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, morning COFFEE...
Hollering at the Red Sox, Bruins, and New England Patriots.

Sous Chef (Retired) & Jack-of-All-Trades. Excellent knife skills. Does not share his toys, or play well with others. Can often be found in his "office", or spending time at home in his hot tub polishing his vast knife collection. Likes lilies, orchids, Bill Burr, and plastic drop cloths.

Dexter.

Sarcasm.
